Your tasks

Assignment and allocation of technicians and vehicles for all live productions, events, and conferences
Coordination and budgeting of all resources in accordance with schedules and needs, as well as optimal prioritization of assignments
Logistical hub and liaison between freelancers, project managers, and clients
Verification of freelancers’ time sheets and incoming invoices
Fleet management (optional)

Your Profile

• Completed business training
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Independent, strategic thinking and the ability to work efficiently and cost-consciously
• Very good knowledge of MS Office; ERP experience is a plus
• Good English skills
• Team spirit
• Service orientation and a customer-first mindset
• Technical understanding and a strong willingness to learn
• Technical training is a plus

The minimum salary for this exciting position is 1,750 euros gross per month (full-time), depending on qualifications and experience, with a willingness to pay above the minimum
